Viewing Reports

When you press the button OR your client logs in to the system using their own username / password, this is the screen that is shown:

Left frame: Toolbar, Middle frame: Campaign properties, right frame: report last run details & client notes

Toolbar explanation

	Takes you back to the main default screen (as above)
	View the latest full rankings report for all engines associated with the campaign, compared against when the report was last run
	View the latest full rankings report for the engine clicked only. Compares against report previously run
	If enabled, allows you or yourclient to run a report from here

Right hand side:

This area shows when the last report was run and if available the previous dates reports were run. By clicking on these previous dates, it is possible to see the current report compared against reports run on this previous date. Very useful for seeing the effect of SEO on a site from the inception of the campaign. Underneath this are the client notes associated with the campaign if any have been entered.

VIEWING A FULL REPORT:

This shows the latest current report compared against the date the report was run previously. It also shows differences and the ability to verify the position
