Allowing your customers to log in

One of the most powerful features of SearchMaster is the facility for your clients to log in to the system and see only their reports. This feature is enabled by default as each campaign must be assigned a username and password:

If you browse to the websiterooot/SMtemplates directory using FTP, you will find a file called 'clientlogin.html'

Open this file in your chosen html editor and change the <FORM ACTION> value to reflect your installation destination.

You can then copy and paste this code in to your own website. Once the client has logged in, they only gain access to their own reports and if the 'Allow running of reports' checkbox was checked, they can also run reports.
